Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy is intended to present the rules for protecting privacy when using information we receive directly or indirectly from our Clients, including information collected via our websites.

The Data Controller informs that the personal data provided will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), referred to as GDPR.

Personal data will be collected solely for the purpose of providing comprehensive construction services. Providing personal data by the Client is necessary for the performance of construction services. Providing personal data and consenting to their use for the purposes of marketing the Controller’s own products is voluntary, and such consent may be withdrawn at any time. Data will be collected when concluding contracts or orders with contractors for construction services. During the provision of the above-mentioned services, the following data are collected:
- Name and surname of contact persons
- Phone number
- Email address
- Company details together with Tax Identification Number (NIP) in case of issuing a VAT invoice to a business entity

The collected data is used for the following purposes:
- Fulfilling our obligations towards Clients.
- Implementing security measures and preventing fraud.
- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations (e.g. regarding the storage of accounting documents).

Access to Clients’ personal data is granted only to authorized employees of the company and to data processors with whom separate agreements have been concluded (subcontractors providing services to the company). Data may also be disclosed to entities authorized under applicable law.

Jaekel-Bud-Tech Gorczowski sp.k. applies appropriate technical and organizational measures, in accordance with applicable law, to ensure the highest level of protection of our Clients’ personal data.

We grant contractors the right to access their data, rectify it, and transfer it, as well as the right to receive a copy of personal data processed by the company. They also have the right to withdraw consent at any time, request restriction of processing, request deletion of data, and the right to be forgotten in cases where personal data is processed for marketing purposes. Data collected for the purpose of providing construction services will be processed for the period specified by law, and in the case of data collected on the basis of consent, until such consent is withdrawn. If it is found that personal data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Jaekel-Bud-Tech Gorczowski sp.k. reserves the right to change, modify, or amend this privacy policy at any time.
